What we do

The Madison Group is a premier, “third-party” EB-5 investment firm committed to providing exceptional service so that immigration and investment goals are reached in a timely and seamless fashion. As an independent, third-party lender, The Madison Group removes the conflict of interest usually present between regional centers and the borrower of the EB-5 funds (the development/project company). With no conflict of interest, investors can feel comfortable knowing their future and EB-5 investments are protected and in good, honest hands.

The project development team at The Madison Group conducts exhaustive research, analysis and due diligence in order to qualify a project as a potential investment. Selection is based on the reputation of the business, its financial standing and its commitment to creating new jobs in Targeted Employment Areas within USCIS-approved industries. Most importantly, The Madison Group is in control of structuring the EB-5 loan agreements on behalf of the investors.
