Overseen by the U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS), EB-5 provides 10,000 foreign nationals annually the opportunity to obtain permanent residency (a green card) by investing in the U.S. economy and creating jobs. This investment is usually done through an approved Regional Center.
